	HRM Partners started delivering pragmatic and professional human resource management advice to businesses in regional NSW in 2001
	-	At the time, HRM Partners recognised that regional businesses could access accountants for accounting advice, lawyers for legal advice and no one for human resource advice – yet their human resources were often in excess of 50% of their operating costs
	-	Organisations needed support to better harness and direct the energies of this large operating cost to significantly improve their business and profitability
	-	Since then, HRM Partners has provided advice and support to hundreds of businesses, ranging in size from 5 staff to over 500 staff, ensuring that businesses better manage the challenges of their people resources

	HRM Partners were a finalist in the NSW Telstra Small Business of the Year Awards in 2003, when they were recognised for their innovative HR and business consulting services and support to regional NSW
	In 2007, an agricultural client of HRM Partners received a national award for innovation as a result of their growth in productivity and profitability resulting from their new ‘HR strategies and systems’

	HRM Partners client base now includes NSW and Queensland government departments, NSW State Owned Corporations, ASX-listed agricultural and distribution companies, through to successful small and medium businesses in NSW and Queensland
	HRM Partners joined the HR Coach network in 2007, to enhance its ability to service the unique needs of SME’s in NSW and Queensland using the HR best-practice products of the national HR Coach network.
	-	The HR Coach processes and support provide innovative and progressive businesses the opportunity to leap ahead of their competition, while HRM Partners’ extensive experience ensures that businesses focus their energies on achieving outcomes that make good commercial sense
	HRM Partners continues to expand its operations to respond to client demand
	-	An additional office opened in the Blue Mountains in early 2009 to provide better service to Central West NSW, and a new office should open in Mackay by the end of 2009. A new sales team is expected to be operational on the Sunshine Coast by the middle of 2009
